New problem - stopped backing up. Try to create new and won't save.
Been working for some time but for whatever reason it stopped, again. So I removed the backup and recreated it the way I always have. I chose to run the backup as soon as I re-created it from scratch. It completed the full backup but then I noticed instead of doing increment like I set it up (on restart/shutdown once a day) it was doing differentially daily. I wasn't able to correct this. So, I opted to delted the backup and the files and start over again. Now, it won't save anything at all. I create the backup as always and close out of Acronis and go right back in at nothing.
Is this one of those bonus features where I have to do uninstall and use their cleaner utility to cleanup after the removal and then install again to correct this issue?
When it works it's great I just don't understand these quirks ATIH has always had.

Was thinking maybe so myself. So I did so about a week ago but uninstalling and user their cleaner tooll afterward didn't fix it this time. Did a couple of backups and just stopped.
I admit I didn't look at the logs before the uninstall.

Have you looked at the new logs since reinstalling ATIH ? If you use the Log File Viewer app, then you can look at any of the most common log file types just by selecting the entries in the Log Type menu list.

I'm not finding the Log File Viewer app. Where is it? I'm ATIH 2015 in Win10 Pro.

See http://forum.acronis.com/forum/115626 - for the Log Viewer app.

Installed and I see the different options. However, I'm really not sure what to look for given my issue. I'm not certain I can discern what I need from the logs anyway. Below are only the logs that had results.

Thanks for the log file information, this mainly shows a successful incremental backup was done on July 13th as per the entry:
id=39; date/time=7/13/2016 6:18:18 PM; message=The following backups have been successfully created: D:\Data Backups\Desktop 10 Pro\Win10 Pro Backup_inc_b4_s4_v1.tib
The other logs are fairly normal in the sense that they tend to show some errors but these are more diagnostic messages intended for use by the Acronis developers, than for us users to worry about!
The default first Log Type in the Log File Viewer app is the main one to refer to for the Service logs which are associated with your backup task activities.
It can sometimes be easier to just post the log files to the forum rather than trying to copy / paste the contents.
The real question here is whether you are still seeing a problem or not? If you are, then what problem are you seeing and can you post any logs that cover the time when the problem occurred?

As far as the problem continuing, time will tell. I've seen something for the first time with ATIH. Been using it for years but typically don't have too many issues. When there was a problem like this I typically removed it, used the cleanup utiltiy and reinstalled. This time that didn't work. However, I noticed an option (apparently because I'm now in Windows 10) to continue backup or something (sorry, just got up and don't remember) similar when mousing over the backup in ATIH. When I selected the option it did an incremental backup from the existing backup which I've never seen before. The last good backup afer the reinstall was on 7/2. When I noticed this option, previously mentioned, that was completed on 7/13. I restarted on 7/15 to completed a Windows update and it backed up as normal (per settings) on a shutdown/restart which it hadn't done since I reinstalled. Very odd. Appears it may be working and I have no idea why.
Apparently there are options with ATIH 2015 in Windows 10 that are not in Windows 7. At least the one I tried to recall from just the other day. Will see what happens.

Still backing up...but:
- It's not cleaning up the way it's supposed to. After 6 icrements.
- I currently have one primary backup and 7 incremental
- The incremental backup sizes make no sense. Very little changes from day to day. But yet I'll see one backup ~700M and the next one at 1.6G and the next at 16G. Makes no sense.
I have to admit. Over the years I've never had so many issues like I have with ATIH. I stick with it because of price and when it works it works. But...

Thanks for the update.
For the cleanup, please note that if you make any changes to the backup task configuration, it has been shown to reset the 'count' for elements of the version chain, i.e. if you set your task to create a new backup after 6 incremental versions but make a change to the configuration after the first 3 have been made, it seems to start the count again from 1, so your new full backup version may not occur until after 9 incrementals have been created.
This is one of the reasons why the MVPs often advise against making changes to existing task configuration but to either create a new task to include the changes or to clone the settings of the task and change the clone.
For the question about incremental backup sizes, that is more difficult to give a definitive reason for, it can be caused by a wide variety of things on modern computer systems, Windows Update changes, program updates, disk defragmentation and probably many more reasons.

Well, here's thing I didn't. Typically when ATIH has an issue I do the uninstall, cleanup..etc and I'm back on track. This time it didin't work. But all of the sudden it randomly did on it's own after doing teh prevously mentinoned steps. I think what probably through it off was I did a few manual backups to not get behind since it wasn't backing up on a restart/shutdown (once a day). Not sure how to correct this without causing more problems. The program seems tempermental. Unless, it will auto correct at some point. Using 9 (from your point above) then maybe it will revert back to 6 and remove the pervious backups.
You said, " For the question about incremental backup sizes, that is more difficult to give a definitive reason for, it can be caused by a wide variety of things on modern computer systems, Windows Update changes, program updates, disk defragmentation and probably many more reasons." Certainly make sense.
I did forget to mention that I've been getting this error when opening ATIH. Seems random and when it occurs I cannot access ATIH. See below:

The script error is interesting as it looks to being caused by either an invalid or missing email address that the application is checking for in the Javascript on the web page shown in your image. I guess the question here is to ask if you have signed in to your Acronis Account in the application or whether you have set a spoof type address i.e. name@here.com?
The JS code is shown below, hence the question about email address.
data: { email: submited_data.Email }, meta: { field_name: 'Email', field_key: 'email', error_msg: { default: 'Must be a valid email. <span class="mktoErrorDetail">example@yourdomain.com</span>', 300: 'Our systems could not validate your email address. Please enter a real email address.', 310: 'Our systems could not validate your email address. Please enter a real email address.', 400: 'Our systems could not validate your email address. Please enter a real email address.', 500: 'Our systems could not validate your email address. Please enter a real email address.' } } });

No spoof address. This seems random and has happened a few times.

Can only think it is Acronis checking about sending you promotion offers / pop-ups or the like!
