Hello there,
I am using TI 11 Home. After activating the Startup Recovery Manager (F11) I can not boot from the TI CD Rom. I get the message : No configuration file present. I downloaded the latest updates (Build 8.105) but the problem is the same. I want to replace my Drive C and did a Backup to the second Drive E. But I have no chance to do that if I can't boot from the TI CD Rom. What can I do to solve the problem ?

If you're not using the Secure Zone to hold your Image Backups, you can remove the Startup Recovery Manager.

I changed the BIOS SATA Mode to IDE instead of AHCI. Then the TI Recovery CD does boot. I cloned my Drive C to a new Drive. I changed the BIOS SATA Mode back to AHCI and bootet from the new Drive. This worked fine. Thanks to Acronis for giving me no support at all for this case.

Hi there,

I have the same problem when I change my IDE mode to AHCI.
It cannot be launch the acronis true image and always telling me the message "No configuration file present, please Enter to reboot". My verson of true image is TrueImage11.8101_s_en.

Please help.
