No error, but my iTunes folder cannot be backed up
I have created a backup job to backup this path C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes. The default iTunes folder. The job runs with no errors, but the files are not backed up. I have tried with iTunes running as well as not running with the same results.
Any ideas?

Well, while you didn't actually post a solution you got me to thinking. What I was able to do is go to the dialog box where you select the "Files to back up" then click the "Add New Category" button. You just create your own category with the actual path and it works fine.
Thanks for the reply. I did have a partition backup that contained the folder in question. I just don't want to do a partition backup everyday in order to backup this one folder.

Hi, I've just purchased Acronis True Image 2012 and am having the same p[roblem with backing up iTunes. I'm not sure I understand the solution that david found. I have ticked all of the boxes for files to back up (in particul;ar 'My documents' which contains the itunes folder but when I back up there is nothing in the folder. Can anyone help?

Within the File backup, openup cataegories until you have access to the "add category" option.
Create a new special category and assign the category a name such as ITunes.
Then within the category, browse to the iTunes folder and add/select that folder to your iTunes category.
Make sure to checkmark the iTunes category to be included witihin the file & folders backup.
