No Network Adapter Detected when booting from DVD...

Thread needs solution

Hi, I am using the latest full version of Home 2012, I run it on Windows 7 x64, Sony VAIO Z217 laptop.
When I booted from the rescue DVD and entered the Home 2012 successfully, but I found the network adapter didn't show up on the "Home->Options" window... it means the program failed to detect the network adapter...

Please help to fix it.

Thanks.
Raymond

Hi Raymond,

Thank you for keeping us posted, and for the info provided.

As we've faced issues with the bootable media, we will need one additional report. Could you please gather Acronis Linux Report from the DVD, and post it here? It should help to shed the light onto the cause of the problem.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you.

Hello,

Do you mean I need to boot the machine from the DVD, then generate the report there?

Thanks.
Raymond

Hi,
