No .tib files found (or any other files) when trying to restore.

Thread needs solution

ATI 2015 Build 6613, Windows 7 -64

I'm about to lose my mind...

I have a dedicated internal HD for backup.  I have created both USB & DVD restore media and tried both.    After booting into the Recovery Media, it cannot find any TIB files at all.  All drives are available but only the C: drive (System & Reserved partitions) have any files that are visible.  All other drives show no files at all.  I have validated the backups in Windows.  I have let the Recovery Media sit for awhile after 'Refresh Backups'.  It just doesn't see anything on any drive other than C:.

Can't find anything in the forums that match this!

When booting from the TI Recovery CD, you are using the Linux software and they assign drive letters differently.

From the CD, use the 'BROWSE" for backups feature and you should be able to find them.

If you have not done so, assign a volume name to the backup drive and I always use the drive letter as part of the disk name,

and look for the volume name rather than the drive letter.

I appreciate the prompt reply but it misses the mark.  All drives are visible but they all appear "empty" except for the C: drive, even when choosing to view all files.  I'm attaching 3 photos to illustrate.  One photo is of the backup drive in Windows Explorer, one photo of the same drive in Recovery Media (set to show all files), and one of the C: drive in Recovery Media.  Also, all drives have volume labels, but aside from C: they are not appearing either.

Attached is an example of the 2016 verson when booted from the 2016 Recovery CD.

When I click the open symbol to the left of the drive letter, the folders come into view.

Have you tried opening the other drives to see if hiding behind those?

Note that all my volume names are displayed where yours is not--except maybe for the M2

What type disk is the storage disk.

What happens when you open True Image in Windows and click the  Backup TASK "open location" option

It should show all the tib files plus the FULL PATH to where the files are stored.
