I'm afraid Cyrillic is one set of characters I can't have a stab at translating, but, did you have your problem with the previous version of NOD? I use ESS v4.0.467, but with 2010 on W7, I use v4.0.456 on XP.

Does your XP have SP3 installed?

Have you tried changing NOD to not test the True Image program?

Is your Windows and NOD the Russian version?

Is your Windows and NOD the Russian version?
Yes.
Does your XP have SP3 installed?
Yes.
With version Acronis TrueImage2009.9646_s_ru all is normal.

Hello Виталий and Colin,

Let me assist you with this situation.

The cause is that sometimes we add or remove some components from old build to the new one, and in your case some component added to the latest build causes this situation. So please let us investigate this situation and do the following:

-What happens if you install NOD first, and then Acronis True Image Home?

-Please make sure that the product is added for exclusions for your NOD, let's check what happens when it scan your PC excluding Acronis

-When your Windows does not start, are you able to boot in Safe Mode?

The description of this process is given below:
When your computer restarts but before Windows launches, press F8.
On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press F8 when the boot menu appears.

If yes, please try disabling NOD completely from Safe Mode and check if you're able to boot the system correctly.

Also, please do the following in order to collect the information (from the system before installing NOD):

- Download the file from http://download.acronis.com/support/AcronisInfo.exe;
- Run the downloaded file
- Send us the files created.
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.

For XP family:

- Download and unpack the Device Tree application

- Run the application;
- Completely unfold the \Driver\Disk and \Driver\FtDisk branches;
- Move the margin to the right in order to see all the items;
- Make a screen shot.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the issue appears and the link to this thread. We will do our best to investigate the problem and provide you with a solution.

Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.
