Non Stop Backup never worked in TIH 2010

Thread needs solution

Since we are not getting any response from other forums concerning Non Stop Backup, I'll try to start a new topic for those of us that are ticked off.

Instead of fixing a product that we paid for several months ago, Acronis thought it more important to push out the next product first and it appears they expect us to upgrade to TIH 2011.

Why would I pay to upgrade something that never worked? The only reason I upgraded from TIH 2009 was for the Non Stop Backup feature in TIH 2010. NSB didn't work, there are several topics about different issues and they chose to ignore us. I have used Acronis for years and I'm ticked off.

We demand a fix to what we paid for. If you bought a new TV and brought it home only to find out that the HDMI port didn't work but the DVI port did, and then called for support and was told that they would look it to it, then after a couple months they said they found an issue but didn't have a fix for it yet, then a few more months go by with no results, and finally they tell you that the next model TV works fine, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL THEM?

I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR FIXED, I'M NOT PAYING FOR AN UPGRADE.

Hello Tim,

Thank you very much for your post and your valuable feedback.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We are doing our best to get this fixed and any fixes in the new version will be backtracked to the previous version.

This issue is very important to us that is why I would like to lock this topic and if you need additional assistance or have any other questions, please kindly post in the main sticky thread dedicated to Nonstop backup issues.

Thank you very much for understanding.
