Do you have an external (USB, SATA) drive connected when you boot and see that message?

Problem solved with helpf of Acronis-Support. their input:

----------------
As you getting the message "non system disk - press any key " when booting your system after installing Acronis True Image 2014, it could be possible that Acronis Startup Recovery Manager was activated in the previous version in your system. Such an issue may also occur if there is any floppy drive or CD/DVD in the optical drive and the internal boot drive is not selected as First Boot Device in your system.

So, in this case, I would first suggest you to check and if there is any floppy, CD or DVD in the system. If there is any take it out. Also, disconnect any external USB storage device from your system.

Then, select the internal boot drive as the First Boot Device in the BIOS of your system and try to boot the system with it. It should work.

If the issue still persist, please de-activate the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager from the system. You can refer to following web help link to know how to activate or de-activate the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATIH2014/#10119.html

In my case, de-activate the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager from the system solved the problem ( it may be, the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager offers only the option to activate, in this case: first activate. then deactivate.

For closing my thanks to Utpal, the acronis supporter that lead me how solve the problem I had.
