Noob is back again!

Hello Acronis user and Grover's
It has been sometime for me to post here.I am a disable Vet,and it kinda hard for me to get out what I am typing,cause some people have full use of their hands.So I have to let my speach Engine do my typing for me.What I am needing help with is to make sure I have done this right,so that way If I have a crash,virus or other! I can get others to help me with no problems.I loved True Image 10,so much I have got True Image 11 now! But True Image 11 seem more confuseing then 10 did! What I need is for you to look at the steps I took to back-up my data,and tell me if I did it right? The second thing I need it for you to tell me how to test my back-up!

(((My Steps)))
I have true Image 11 on my Desktop!
1.) Click on True Image
2.)Scoll down,click on Go to main Screen!
3.)I clicked on Acronis start-up and Recovery!
got that DONE
4.)Made a Rescue Media Builder disk,got that done!
5.)Made a Acronis Secure Zone!
5.)Made a one click back up!

Now if I have done this right,need to no the steps to test my back-up!

p.s Please do not tell me to read something about true image 11,the more I read about it the more confused I get!
