Notification of Trial Expiration
In March of 2014, I purchased an upgrade license for Acronis 2014. I had a current ATI2013 version and key at the time. My credit card was charged and I received an e-mail from Cleverbridge with an order reference number and activation key. I downloaded ATI2014 from the link provided in the email, installed ATI2014, and registered it. My Acronis account shows ATI2014 as a registered product.
Today, I received an email from Acronis that my trial version will expire in 15 days. I’m not sure what that’s all about. Should I simply disregard this email or follow-up?
I realize there may not be anyone on the forum who can rectify this but I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and what the best course of action would be.

David,
Look a little deeper.
Open TI and look at the help/about information (upper right corner) and make sure your copy shows no evidence of being a trial copy.
If all ok, then the notice is nothing more than a notice that the trial license (which it does not know in use or not) is about to expire and the notice can be ignored.

The key I entered was the one provided in the Cleverbridge email after paying the upgrade price. I'm assuming this would be the correct key needed to fully activate 2014 and not a trial key.
ATI2014 was installed on a new "out-of-the-box" computer so ATI2013 was never installed on it. My 2013 key was still within the license period. I believe when I entered the new 2014 activation key, the program also asked for my 2013 key, which I also entered. I'm assuming this was because I paid an upgrade price and Acronis wanted proof I had a 2013 key. There were no errors in the installation or activation.

I can find no reference to a trial version.
I decided to contact Support and provided them with all this information. I'll post back when I hear something. Hopefully, the expiration notice was sent in error. I'll know in 15 days!

It sounds as though Grover is correct. Yes please, post when you have an answer/solution.
Yes, the installer required both the 2013 and 2014 keys because you bought an upgrade. That is normal.

The issue is not resolved yet but this is what I heard back today:

Please be informed, you need to activate the product with the serial number provided. Though, you have registered the serial number, you need to activate the upgrade serial number on the product.

My response back to Customer Support:
The product was activated during installation. Opening the GUI and checking HELP > About True Image I see the following text: "FULL VERSION: ACTIVATED". Additionally, in the lower left corner of all windows within the product I see, "The product has been successfully activated".
I am forwarding the email I received from Acronis to customerservice@acronis.com including reference to case number XXXXXXXX.
The product is paid for and correctly activated. I expect the product to function normally for the full length of the license period.
