One click backup does not shows correct drive name

As seen on the screenshot, the C: drive is properly selected in the one click backup action (see disk size and utilization). However, there is apparently a problem as the disk name is not the correct one (Disk name is reported "ACRONIS SZ" instead of "OS Win 7")

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

First of all, I would recommend you to reinstall the program and to manage One-click backup again.

Please use  Acronis Cleanup tool to remove the program, reboot the computer and perform a clean install of the program. See if the issue remains. If the issue still persists, you can temporary remove Acronis Secure Zone, manage One-click backup task and after that recreate Acronis Secure Zone.

If nothing helps, please obtain the below information and attach to your next post:

1) Download AcronisInfo file ;

Run the downloaded file. The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved. Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.

2) Please download Acronis Report utility available here and run it, create a report and attach the file to your next post. Please compress the Acronis Report output file into an archive (e.g. with WinZip) and attach to your message by browsing for the archive.

This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.
