One click protection no window

Thread needs solution

I run Acronis True Image Home 2009 with Windows XP Pro SP III.

I started One click Protection. After a while, I clicked on the window to close it.

I can check on Task Manager that Acronis is still working fine. However, no way to reopen the Acronis window in order to follow the progress.

Can you help?

Thank you for using Acronis Products

It’s not clear whether the program freezes or not. Does the backup archive created successfully? Can you please attach log file to your next reply? What is the backup location for one-click protection?

- Launch the program;

- Tasks and logs, Log;

- Choose the log entry which contains errors and make right-click on it;

- Select save option and specify the desired location for the log file to save to;

- Send us the log.
