One of my drives missing from backup list
I have just installed Win7-64. I have 4 internal hard drives and one external and when I go to backup the partitions, one of the drives does not show up in the list. I can see the data on it if I use the file backup method. I can also see the partition/drive when I open windows explorer. It just does not show up on the list of available partitions to backup. It actually shows Disk1, Disk2, Disk4, Disk5 but Disk3 is missing.
Any solutions? Thanks.

Thanks. The disk/drive is listed as basic. As a matter of fact all of the disks/drives are listed as basic.
I've just tried uninstalling and then re-installing TI, but that hasn't worked. One thing I've just noticed though is that this disk/drive is listed as a primary partition instead of logical. Could that be the reason?

Hello Victor and Grover,
Thank you for your messages and your help Grover.
Victor, I was wondering if you can try the suggestions from this article, the type of partition is not the issue I believe. Can you also follow-up with this report please? Are you using Acronis True Image 2010 Home?
If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Thank you.

Thanks Anton. That has fixed the problem, but in future Acronis should warn customers that this type of drive/formatting is not supported.
