Thread needs solution

I've been a subscribers of Acronis Online Backup since last May. I've always been a bit doubtful about how reliant this service really was with all the troubles I had in the beginning.

Today, I had a few files deleted by accident and I'm hoping I can rely on AOB to recover them. From the ATI2012 interface, it tells me "There are no versions of this backup" even though it tells me that 44.16GB has been uploaded and that there are 346 versions. When I click on the "Recover" button, I get "There are no versions of this backup".

If I use the web interface instead, I get "Storage Server is not available".

The ONE TIME I want to rely on the service meant to rescue me in such situation, it fails. I can't my files back.

I will not get fooled again.

Absolutely horrible product/service. Today, even though ATI2012 says that I have 44.16GB uploaded in 346 versions, the web site says that I am using 0% of my allocated 250GB. All these files that I spent months uploading to the Acronis server are gone. The web site says I have nothing stored online, ATI2012 says I have 44.16GB stored. Who's telling the truth?!

Renewal time will never come. I will let this account lapse and die. I can't trust Acronis.
