Online backup does not work anymore - Web interface SLOW as hell - Not reliable

Thread needs solution

Hello,

from the past weeks I had trouble making online backup to work, it appears that Acronis has a big problem on this service as it is not reliable as I read this forum.

The web interface sucks BIG TIME and is slooooww... barely unusable.

I cannot delete the existing files to start from scratch (witch I shouldn't have to do).

Waiting for the support to answer, next step, refund.
