Online backup fails

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis True Image Home 2011 running on 64 bit Windows 7. I have an online backup account and an online backup scheduled daily.

Today I get the following error message.

"Internal error in library. Probably stream is corrupted." It also shows an error code 1000.

I have tried the backup again several times and always get the same error. It appears to stop at about the same place, although I cannot tell what file it is trying to back up at the time.

Any suggestions?

1. AcronisInfo report.

2. Wireshark logs.
