Online backup has just stopped working

Everything was going very well until yesterday, been using OLB for about 3 years.

Last night I blew away the OLB on my primary machine as it was taking about 4 times the space it should be taking. Re-created it, selected encryption. Last night it finished the backup (I think). This AM I selected a few more folders to backup and ran about 30 minutes calculating space on a very small folder. After deleting client about 10 times, finally got to the message "Online backup was interrupted", but, of course it has been tried many times, and I never interrupted it.

I downloaded TI home 2011 build 6942, repaired my version of 6942 on Win7 pro and did the required reboot. Deleted client.crt again, brought OBL up, selected my computer, clicked backup now. Calculating on this small folder for 5 minutes before clicking Stop. Another window comes up, Preparing for online backup... with the same small folder. I let it go 32 minutes, still calculating.

Anything else I can try, I REALLY need online backup, which I am paying for.

I am having the same problem, altough I haven't tried any of the steps you are trying. All was working well until 12/17/11 and then it stopped, there is no information in the message other than it was interrupted. I find support from Acronis very difficult to obtain and the idea of paying Acronis for technical support for a glitch in their product or at least a glitch that provides no real information is frustrating, did any of the steps you did work?
