Online Backup Issue

I cannot get the software to connect properly to Online Backup. After giving it my username and password it logs in, but then presents me with a window where I need to select my computer. My computer is the one in the first (default) tab, so I click that then hit "continue". But, at that point it tells me that if I register a new computer any old one will be unregistered and its tasks removed. No kidding, that's why I'm just trying to continue with my existing PC which you're already showing. Arrgh! What do I need to do to fix this?
