Online backup not backing up

I have Acronis Home 2012 Update 2 build 7119

In my list of backups the online storage for my thinkpad is list but the progress bar never moves to show it has backed up. On looking at the files stored online (which is difficult to find) there has been no back up since November - so I am wasting my money!

I cannot seem to delete the backup job for online storage. I cannot make a replacement job

Hopeless

Can someone help?

Have looked further and the program says I have entered the incorrect password or email. However there is no way to enter the correct details.

There are two online backup jobs listed. The first has location: Acronis online storage, type; online backup and simply has error displayed "The last backup has failed"

There is another job that has location as \ , type online backup and it has its status as backing up..... and an error "The last backup has failed"
