Online backup not working ... AGAIN

Thread needs solution

Had a lot of problems with the online backup during the last week (very slow, backup hangs, backup interrupted error, encryption key not accepted, etc etc etc). Now, when I try to log in via the web interface to restore some files, I get a "Online Storage is currently unavailable".

I cannot rely on this product at all. Support doesn't reply.

Anyone else having problems right now?

Based on this forum, it looks like this is a sinking ship. Should I just ditch Acronis and switch to something like Carbonite or CrashPlan?

Same is for me: impossible to update the backup from last week for a misterious 'write error' an then other errors described here.
If there is a problem on Acronis BACKUP servers, please Acronis, send us a mail to inform about this, do not 'joke' with BACKUP services...
