Online Backup will not download,
Thread needs solution
The initial download does fine, but, when I click on it I get a blue screen that has 4 options that the top one says checking for new version, that just keeps circling. Just going round and round. The option to Install Acronis online backup is grayed out and I can not click on it, I assume because it is checking for a new version...it just never quits checking...what do I do?
