Outlook 2013
I have upgrade my Microsoft Office from 2007 to 2013 (Office 365) Now I can't access the Outlook file to backup. It does not show in the email backups. It worked fine with Office 2007

Hi, thanks for the reply. My .pst file is located on my E:\ drive. I do not use the One Drive Cloud based system. I am not log onto it.

The PST file located on your E:\ drive is from your old 2007 install. Office 365 stores everything on an Exchange Server. It stores locally on your PC as an .OST file. The location is by default C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. You can export this data to an Outlook data file(PST) as shown in this link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/export-or-back-up-messag…

Thanks again for your reply. It seems my Outlook is still using the pst file. The only ost files that are stored in the C:\User\ are the Hotmail accounts. This still does not explain why I only get the "Windows Contacts" in Acronis when I try to make an email backup plan

Acronis TI 2014 supports the following Email Clients as documented here: https://kb.acronis.com/content/44347
Quite frankly I am at a loss here. Everything I read about Office 365 and Outlook 2013 tells me that PST files are not stored on the local machine and must be exported into a local folder for backup. I guess I must be missing something, what I am not sure.
You might review this link for more possible help in locating your missing files. Could be that these files are hidden.
