Outlook Email Backup Errors

Thread needs solution

I am still getting error messages after installing the latest build (6696) when performing an email backup of Outlook. When I click ignore, the backup states that it is successful. This error is similar to Knowledge Base article "15189: Acronis True Image Home 2011: Scheduled E-Mail Backup Fails if Microsoft Outlook Is Running". I get the errors whether Outlook is running or is not running. I checked the Task Manager and Outlook is not running in the background. I have attached a copy of the error and the "About" page showing that I am running the latest build and the resulting errors. I am running Windows 7/64bit and Outlook 2007.
