Outlook PST Recovery - cannot see directory on explore and recovery

Acronis True Image Home 2011 Update 1 build 6696 on XP with latest SP and Outlook 2007.

Love the way I have been able to retrieve older versions of documents from nonstop backup. When I try to Explore and Recover the file Outlook,pst I do not see the path Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Explore and Recover shows My Documents under my user name

Checked Backup Settings and found full path to Outlook checked off, so I think it is being backed up.

How can I recovery Outlook.pst if I can't see the specific file folder?

You would need to have "show hidden and system files" turned on in Windows to be able to "see" these files and folders in Acronis during use of the "explore and recover" function.

Double check your settings for displaying "hidden" and "system" files. There are two options that need to be changed to see all the files on your system.

You could also post some screen captures of the file restore selection screen(s) if you wish, and I will take a look.
