Painfully slow backup, exclusions not working anymore
Hello,
I have been using TI for a few months, I scheduled an incremential backup every week (the backup is done over network to my personal server). It usually takes about half an hour every week, and the incremential backup file usually does not exceed 10 GB per week.
A few weeks ago though, the backup was very slow and the file was 128 GB big! It appeared that TI backed up my Downloads folder (although it was excluded from the backup). Same thing the next week, so I decided to make a new clean full backup, but it included my Downloads anyway.
I reinstalled TI, the problem was still there. Today I updated to build 6514 and now the full backup takes an eternity to run (estimated time : more than a day where it usually takes between 4 and 8 hours!). The network is barely used during the backup (less than 2 MB/s where it reaches 20 MB/s when copying large files under Windows).
I really don't know what to do... Does anyone has the same problem here or maybe a solution?

I would like to ask you which type of backup you're running - file backup or image backup?
But by all meanings we need logs from you, that's why we need you to collect Acronis System Report, please do it that way - http://kb.acronis.com/content/34324 and
1. If you are making file backup, please make screenshots of your settings when you're setting your file backup.
2. If you are working with Image backup we need system report and SnapApi logs as well. Here is the manual how to collect them - http://kb.acronis.com/content/36554

I think I'm running image backup (in the french version of TI I'm using, it is called "Disk and partition backup").
The screenshots of my backup settings are attached to the post (I added many exceptions as you can see, but none of them seem to work).
I left the other settings on default.
I'm sending you the System Report via PM.
