PC Shuts down during full Backup without Message

If it stops with no error messages on the screen or in the True Image log:

Look in the Windows Event Log to see if there are any reports of a problem at the time you were doing it. Look in all of them but the System one is likely where you will find something if there is anything.

Imaging programs put a considerable load on the CPU and other components for an extended time causing more heat than casual use. Make sure your fans are working properly and the CPU and other heatsinks are free of dust.

Un clonage de disque sur une base esata connecté à une carte esata JMicron 36X sur la carte mêre neuve,
processeur neuf AMD FX 4100 neuf Windows XP installé à neuf avec mise à jour de tous les drivers carte graphique NVidia 210

Plusieurs essais avec différents disques connectés de la même manière en eSata ou en USB : un seul essai concluant
Arret brutal du pc et aucun évènement dans le journal Windows.

Se serait bien de me trouver une solution

I have the same problem - every time I back up shuts down suddenly after some minute. Only with this program, I can't use it any more. (Acronis true image home 2012 + plus pack).
Never shut's down, only with this program. It has been working properly until a week ago. I've tried uninstall and reinstall without result.

CPU temperature controlled during backup (internal program cpu control) : 53° - It shuts down suddenly two or three minutes after backup starts.

Can't use it any more.
