Please Help
I have Norton Anti Virus. I scheduled a backup for the 16th, but it didn't backup properly. I'm pretty new at handling this kind of computer issue.
I spoke with customer service (chat) to resolve the issue, and I was advised to install (1) Acronis Scheduler Manager and (1) SnapAPI driver - which I did. I was told "the Acronis Drivers will re-enbale the SnapAPI drivers installed along with the program."
I installed and restarted the computer after the install, and thats where I am on trying to solve this issue. I tried to run a backup again (after the install), and the computer only backed up 13GB, when it should have been well over 50GB.
I want to backup the following:
C: (including everything on our desktop)
F: (External HD)
to
E: ("Emerency" External HD)
Please help, chat is taking too long for me to resolve this.

I will also use the verify option to validate the backup. You might also want to try backing up the system using the recovery disc. IMHO it's better to do that anyway.

Gary,
Tutle is right to point out that ATI doesn't backup the empty space, and compresses the information. If you have a Win7 installation and a few programs around 60GB your backup might be as small as 20GB (my case, for example).
