A special promotion included plus pack with ti 2012 for a small fee. It installs as an upgrade and I don’t have a serial number form a previous produce. How do I get an upgrade serial number?

Mike, If you have an account you should be able to retrieve your serial number from the web interface. In any case they should not sell a product upgrade unless they know you have a license for the version to be upgraded (makes sense). do you have your retail box or original install CD?.

I have been trying to receive the plus pack but I already have 2012 and I would have to purchase it again. I think this is a poor promotion. Good Luck

It was a promotion of some kind. I purchased the upgrade to 2012 and plus Plus Pack which was not to be an upgrade. I installed it months ago but took TI off due to some problems. I decided to try again and have run into this snafu with the PP install.

I need either a serial number for the full version or an old version for the upgrade.
