Problem with Acronis TIH 2011 and Win-Network Shares

Thread needs solution

Hello

I have a Problem with my Acronis TIH2011 on my Win7 64 Bit.
The Problem is that i can´t access to my shared Folders on my Windows Home Server (v1).
When i will authtenticate me on the Server Acronis give me the Error on the Screenshot.
The Login-Data are correct and work on another Pc with Win7 32Bit with Acronis.
At Google or this Forum i not found a workaround, fix or somthing another.
The Version is up-to-date.

Someone a idee?

Robin:

Have you successfully installed the WHS Connector on the Win 7 64-bit PC?

Have you set up a user account for the W7 64-bit PC on the WHS console and given the account permission to access the folders that you intend to use for backups on the server?

Have you tried entering "Administrator" as the login name and the administrator's password for the password?

Yes i have the Console installed and create a account with all rights. The Admin Login dont work, too. At the other PC both Acc works

Robin:

WHS can be very fussy about allowing access sometimes. Do you have a guest account enabled on your WHS machine?

One additional experiment that you could try is to access the server from the TI 2011 boot CD on each of your PCs.

No Guest Acc is activated.

With the Boot version i will try at next but this is not possible for a longer Backup because i will do later a schuelded and a Nonstop backup of some things.

Robin:

The suggestion to try from the boot CD was just for troubleshooting purposes. If both PCs can access the share on WHS from the boot version of TrueImage (TI), then the problem is either with the Windows version of TI or an interaction between TI and Windows networking on the 64-bit PC.

Try activating a guest account on WHS to see if you can then gain access to the share from TI; again, just as a test. On my WHS I have the guest account activated, but the guest does not have permission to access folders where images are stored. Yet, I can access these folders if I use the Admin account credentials when imaging from a boot CD. From Windows 7 x64 I can use my own credentials normally.

i try it with the boot cd and it works with admin acc but i must deactived the printer sharing because he will access to him but this work with nothing of my whs acounts. I tested at in windows, but it didn´t work...

Then i try to access to my backup folder via networkdrive in windows, and i can select the folder usw. But when i will make a backup he ask me for my login but it didn´t work with everything....

It must be in error in windows7 64bit...

in next days i will change the serverversion from WHSv1 to 2011 so i hope it will work...
