Hi,

I tried to use Acronis TIH2012 to clone my western digital boot drive to an ocz vertex 3 max iops but it doesn't seem to work correctly. The disk boots and gets past the initial windows screen but then freezes on the black screen just before the login prompt would normally appear. The mouse cursor appears and responds to mouse movement but it doesn't get any further. I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks!

Make sure your SATA-3 controller is in AHCI mode with the MSAHCI driver in Windows before creating the image for use in cloning.
