Problem installing TI2013 over TI2011
According to Knowledge Base article 31147 I can install TI2013 over TI2011, which is currently installed on my machine. When I attempt to do so, I get the error message, referring to TI2011 and TI2011 Plus Pack, "Cannot remove the following components because they were installed for the current user only", which I am then told I should uninstall manually. I am reluctant to do this because this error message is not supposed to occur, which makes me suspicious, and I am afraid that if I go ahead and uninstall TI2011 there is no guarantee further error messages will not come up preventing me from installing TI2013, leaving me without a backup application. And what has who the programs were installed for got to do with anything? I am the only user on my machine. Why is the installer reluctant to uninstall programs I installed for myself?

If so - go and make sure, you have a new full image of system + C and taht the Wondows-restore function is working - make a new restorepoint and then have a try.
I always do so before such actions - and had to restore after trying TIH2013 - and that worked fine.

The Plus Pack must be uninstalled prior to installing 2013. This is because each version and build of True Image has an associated Plus Pack.
Uninstall the 2011PP and 2013 will install over the top of 2011, if you have purchased the 2013 PP this can then be installed.
