Problem with one click restore

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I'm working with Acronis since 2006 (Workstation 9.0, Home 2010 with plus, Home2013 with plus, Snap Deploy, Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation and Acronis True Image OEM)

Now I have new problem with the one click restore (Home 2013 Build 5551).

I made DVD with the one click restore and the HDD Image (of two HDD's of 1TB in RAID 1 mirror)
In this Image I made C: partition of 100GB for the OS and all the rest is unallocated.
Now to my problem:
1. When I try to restore the image with the “one click restore” it installing the C: partition on all of the 1TB I have on the HDD and the OS work good.
2. When I restore the image “manually” without the “one click restore” I get automatically the option of the 100GB C: Partition, But after the restoration and the Mini setup of the Windows XP “Sysprep” I get the “Windows Blue screen”.
What can be the problem?
How Can I resolve it?

Rahav,

I've seen someone else report a problem with one-click restore with the new build.

Does the Linux environment see your RAID as one disk?
