Problem recovering recent backup -help please

Thread needs solution

I recently made a full backup of my iTunes directory from my NAS to a 2gb Seagate USB external drive. I then added new hard drives to my NAS and reinitialized and setup RAID 5. Now I would like to recover my backup and reinstall on my NAS. I am unfortunately getting the following error message when I try to initiate the recovery on my data.

Failed to open information about volume of archive M_Music_backup_07-09-2014_full_b1_v1.tib

Could someone please shed some light as to why this is happening and how I can fix this. This is the only backup I have because I just purchased Acronis True Image 2014.

Thanks,
Stephan

Perhaps the drifve letter changed from what it was at backup time to something different now. The backup program does track disk id and drive letter where the tib file was originally lettered and stored.

If yes, use this link to move the file to a its new drive letter location.

H6. How to use the MOVE backup option to relocate storage folder.

You should also be able Windows browse to storage folder and RIGHT click on the tib file name;
and resulting right click menu should shows TrueImage options which woulde include the recovery option.

Also refer, my signature link 3, item 5 which illustrates the recovery of a file, also
