Problems with Acronis 2013

Thread needs solution

hello
I have a problem with Acronis 2013, even though I try not to just go well, or RAID, or AHCI or wondows July 64 biit, or in windows 8 64bit, or any of the forms.

the problem is that every time I install it starts giving trouble reading, do not read well, I can not enter a team, says it is empty, or anything look good, or pictures, is a real shame, because everything else, boot media, etc, go well, makes good copies, but it is impossible to manage the operating system.
I formatted, installed from 0 and anything you can think of, with the x79 chipset gives problems.

Any solutions?

Thanks and I apologize for my poor English, I use traductoor google.

What does it not read? What does it have problems to read? Is it the backup drive, or is it your system drive?

not the backup, is the system.
Acronis install whenever I have the problem, the system is not right, like I have reading problems, I can navigate without problems, but I can not get into your computer, or the icons look good, or network, or any site systems.

I get whenever I install Acronis 2013.

thanks

Juan,

I don't think this is a chipset issue. THis is some problem at the software and OS level. Uninstall 2013. Create a clean boot environment (launch msconfig, disable all non-Microsoft services and all startup items). Reboot. Reinstall 2013. Does it work well?

I've tried everything, it's impossible.

I think it's the x79 chipset, I have no other explanation, it does not work in any of the forms, or ahci, or raid, or SSD with a firmware or another, or formatting, or removing programs, or putting, or Windows 7, or Windows 8, you can not, stop reading computer, nothing comes out, it slows down, do not look good icons, or images, or the contents of folders or anything.

Without Acronis everything works perfectly.

Some users have had issues with 2013 and Windows Explorer. That was related to the sync agent. Try to disable the Acronis NonStopBackup and the Sync Agent services in services.
Some other error might come up, but let's see if that solves the Windows Explorer thing.

had those services to manual, as I said I tried everything, I've disabled.

I also get the error COM Surrogate stopped working

thank you very much

OK. Read this to avoid the COM surrogate issue.

If stopping the services doesn't solve it, and leaving them on automatic doesn't solve it, you have some other issue.

I would personally recommend leaving them on automatic.

in post 43 I found something that has solved my problem, I hope that Acronis final and have an update to resolve the problem completely, but for now it works.

-"If you want to get rid of this error, as a temporal solution you can rename the ti_managers_proxy.dll file that is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome
You can rename the file to, for example, ti_manager_proxy_1.dll
This workaround will corrupt the sync overlays and the file version functionality. "-

next update product hoping the problem solved.
thank you very much for everything, I hope for an early resolution of the problem with some final Acronis actualiización 2013.

I need to clone my Win7 drive. I downloaded Acronis 2013 trial; clone is not included.

I upgraded and paid for full version. Clone is still not available!

What can I do? ! Please reply direct: Thanks!

Robert,

You should remove your email address from your post to avoid spam.

Make sure you produce a new recovery CD after you have installed the full version, or simply download the ISO from your ACronis account after you have registered your full version serial number
