Problems downloading new version of Acronis 2013
I was just advised of a new version of TI2013 was available for download and install. Everything appered to go well until near the end when the following message appeared.
"Module c:\Program File (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\mapi_proxy_64.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 1073741819. Contact your support personnel."
The installation then rolled back.
I have no idea what this message means and would welcome any suggestions as to how I can successfully download new version, if I am entitled to it.

I am getting the exact same type of error message after trying to upgrade from TIH 2012 to TIH 2013 on Window 7 Pro 32-bit, but the failure occurs with a different DLL. The installation will not complete. I downloaded the installer file and even tried running it as an administrator, but I get the same result.
Here's the exact error message...
Installation has failed.
Fatal error during installation.
Module C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\backup_cpl_control.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 1073741819. Contact your support personnel.
Any new findings on this problem?

Suggest running the TI Cleanup utility (link 4 below) which will remove all Acronis products and then retry the installation again.
Copy serial into clipboard before reinstalling so you paste (Control V) serial into installaion.
Be sure and read all text instructions included with the cleanup KB.
