Problems with TI 2010 on Win 7 64Bit

Thread needs solution

I've started setting up a new system with Win 7 64 Bit
on Mainboard Asus P7P55D, Intel Core I7 860 and Raid 10 with 4 Disks.
The system is up and running. But when I tried using TI 2010
it gets frozen app at 4% when I try to make a backup of the C Partition.
The best value was 14% ready state.
The disk is devided in 2 Partitions and I stored the backup on D

Are you using the latest build of TI 2010?

Have you installed the SnapAPI Build 503 update from this post?

Just curious... is the board the P7P55D Pro or one of the other versions? I have the Pro with the i7 860 CPU setup with RAID 0 and 1 and it's been super stable so far.

Yes hopefully. I'm using build 6053.

What is SnapAPI for ? What shall it solve ??

Well I have just board P7P55D. No Pro or other extension.
I had to install latest bios to get USB correctly running with my D-link Wireless Stick.
It's also stable so far.

I created a boot-CD meanwhile and was able to create a backup with it. I also tested
the resostoring and it seems to work. But you never know ??

The SnapAPI driver is the main driver TI uses. If you read some of the thread I linked to you'll get an idea. There have been some major problems with the last several builds. Acronis has been playing with it a lot lately, including how it hooks into the OS, trying to fix it. The next build of TI 2010 should include the updated driver (or a more updated version). Until then, it needs to be installed separately.

Ok thanks so far.
I've tested it meanwhile and creation of backups seems to work.
I'll try restoring later.
