Product already registered?

Thread needs solution

I just tried to register my Product - in order to get support later on -
while registration occured the note "Product is already registered".
My be my sysadmin has done that already ?! What can I do to
register now and to get support for my real problem:

Up to now Acronis always needed about 2-3 h for complete backup.
Yesterday the task was planned with 19 hours!

May be there is someone to help me.
