Product expired before I could activate - now won't connect to server

I can't get the program to sign in. It keeps saying it can't connect to server - check internet connection or please try again later (see attachment).

I'm on a company domain with a proxy server. Is there anyway to enter the proxy directly into Acronis? I can log in to my account and I have registered the serial number.

I've tried to re-install the product but I get the same message.

Hello Jim,

thank you for your posting and sorry for the delayed answer!

At the moment Acronis True Image 2014 activation doesn't work through proxy and you'll have to activate your product from another machine manually.
