Progress/estimated time remaining not displayed during backup

I am running Acronis 2012 Family Pack on 2 Windows 7 64 bit pc's. Both pc's (PCA and PCB for purposes of this post) have latest successfully activated acronis build. When I perform backup on PCA the progress and estimated time remaining is displayed. However, when doing backup on PCB, no progress and estimated time remaining is displayed - a green progress bar moves across icon at bottom of taskbar and if I hover over icon the % completed is shown. I would like PCB to show progress bar and estimated time remaining like PCA and am bemused as to why the same product is behaving differently on my 2 pc's. I am not aware of setting acronis up differently on the pc's and would appreciate advice on how to get progress/estimated time remaining display working on PCB.

Have stumbled across solution for PCB. At some stage I must have clicked on the star for show only my favourite backups! Clicked on it a and backups appeared in makeup space showing progress and time remaining.
