Queue Problem with TIH 2009

Thread needs solution

I've been successfully using TIH 2009- build 9709 for some time but recently encountered a problem. I deleted a number of backups (drive image + data files + corresponding tasks (using the TIH program utilities). I did this because my external hard drive where the files were stored became full. However, upon recreating the backup tasks and trying to initial the creation of new backups, the task status immediately goes to a queue but never proceeds to initiate the actual backup. The external HD appears normal with adequate space. I'm using TIH 2009- build 9709 with Window XP.

Any assistance to help resolve my difficulties would be greatly appreciated.

Download the Acronis Schedule Manager and follow the instructions to ZAP all your schedule(s). This will only delete your schedule(s), not your tasks or task settings (except the schedule).

Then recreate your schedule(s).
