RAID issues (since 6131)

So I start up Acronis today for a backup and see there's an update, download it, install like normal, etc. etc.

Restart my computer, bluescreen. Restart again, bluescreen.

Start in safemode, it starts, uninstall Acronis - restart computer, works fine. Install the last revision of Acronis, wont run anymore.

Seems like a good time to try out that recovery disk and go to my last backup where things worked. I load 6131 back in, make a recovery disk, boot to it and it tells me I have disk errors - same spot on two disks. I tell it to ignore them and continue, it lists the contents of my entire RAID array twice (4 partitions on 2 disks where it should see 2 partitions on 1 disk). However, it can't see any of the files - including my backups. It also can't restore anything to the drives.

How do I get around this one?

Now I don't really remember if the last time I used the actual recovery disk was in 2011 or 2012, but when I did it worked just fine with my RAID. 6131 doesn't seem to be able to do anything with it, despite multiple attempts.
