Recover from hard drive crash using Nonstop backup and boot disk?
HI folks. I've been using Nonstop backup in TI 2010 for a few days now. I'm trying to recover from a complete crash situation but when I boot to the acronis boot disk I do not see an option to use the Nonstop Backup to recover. I can browse to the folder but no backup is recognize. Please help. Thanks.

Hello Brant and Keith,

Hi,
I'm having the same issue. I tried following your steps above, but they actually don't match my screen exactly. When I select Recovery -> Backup Management, I don't have an option titled "Recover data from nonstop backup". I do see my nonstop backup however in the bottom part of the screen. If I select it and right-click it gives me the option to "Recover". Is that what you meant? If so, when I do that it goes off "processing" for a minute or so and then comes back and says selected volume cannot be found and gives the option to browse for the backup. Since it's looking for a .tib file, however, it doesn't find anything in the nonstop folder.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Atwell

I do not know what to do to recover all my data which were backuped by the True Image program. Please help.......!!!!!
