"Recover" option not shown for backup
I've been running Acronis True Edition WD Edition for several years. I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
I run backups to three different drives three times per week.
I ran into a Windows problem I can't resolve and want to recover using a .tib file created during a regularly scheduled backup on 02/02/20.
What's weird is that that particular back is not showing a "Recover" option. It's also showing "not backed up yet," which is incorrect: That backup runs every Sunday and has been for a least a couple of years.
I always use the option where each backup replaces the last one. This is the only one I have that captured my OS before the problems occurred.
Is there any way to get this one to work?

Steve,
Thanks for your reply. I wondered about that. I've been using Acronis for years but only recovered once and that was when I got an identical replacement machine and restored a backup to the SSD from my previous machine. This was a few years ago, but I definitely used the rescue media CD I had made and I had pre-selected which .tib file to use.
Can I safely assume that if I use the rescue CD I'll see the .tib without the recover option?

David, there shouldn't be any problems seeing the .tib file you want to recover from when booting from the rescue media, provided you have the backup drive connected that holds it.

Thanks, Steve. I'll remember this for future reference. By the time I got this response the version I had hoped to use was replaced by the subsequent backups.
