Recovering system partition backup to another partition

Hello,

Can someone please help me with what I'm trying to do. Before building a new computer, I backed up my old system partition using TI 2010. I am now trying to build my new computer with a dual-boot option.

I have installed a fresh copy of Windows in one of my partitions. I want to recover my backed up system drive into another partition so that it can serve as my second OS boot option.

Is this possible? How do I go about doing it?
