Recovery from 3TB HDD impossible and continuous erros

1- I understand there are issues with recovering from a 3TB ext HDD and that you have a go-around / patch. Please provide.

2- Unrelated to the above, I am having two (2) errors continuously in backup log:

(a) Failed to open data stream with Event code: 0x000B03E9+0x01E50006+0x00040011+0x0000FFF0+0x80070002

(b) Operation has completed with errors. Event code: 0x013C0005

Anyone out there with input ??
