Most likely a driver issue in ATI. Did you make the BootCD from within the ATI program? If so, you can try logging into Acronis.com and downloading the iso for the bootCd from there. It's a diff loader and sometimes a bit diff drivers and one might work were the onter doesn't.

You might need to contact Tech to get a diff iso that can handle your RAID.

Timo,

On top of the option of contacting support, you can:
- try to produce a BartPE-based recovery disk (you will need Windows XP installation files to do that). This is a free option with ATI 2011.
- purchase the Plus Pack, and produce a new WinPE-based recovery disk.

Both BartPE and WinPE are using Windows drivers, so typically, hardware support is better. These options are not as easy to produce as the standard recovery CD. So do some research about how to make them and assess if you are comfortable with the process.
