Recovery media not loading off USB Stick

hi,

I have ATIH 2011 with the latest updates.

I've tried to create a single emergency recovery disk for my work machine.

I back up the primary partition (Win 7) and selected the option to include the recovery media as part of the back up.

When I try booting from the USB recovery key I get this error message

Acronis Loader Fatal Error: Boot Disk (partition) not found.

But when I use an SD card with the Recovery media on it, it works fine.

Is there any reason the recovery media options does not work on the USB key?
