Recovery mode only, Can't Recover!

Thread needs solution

My subscription has expired, in recovery mode only. I am not renewing, but want to recover my data. According to Acronis my account will be disabled in 13 days. I have not been able to recover any of my online data.

Please!! Would someone who is experienced in this area tell me what I need to do. When I click the recover button nothing happens. When I click the computer and hit open nothing happens. How am I suppose to recover my data so I can place it in another location?
