RECOVERY - Your PC needs to be repaired

I have ATI 2015, first build
I performed a Recovery of the OS SSD a few days ago and system was working faster than before. Today when I turned computer on I got a light blue screen with RECOVERY - Your PC needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error code 0xc0000225 You'll need to use recovery tools on your installation media."
I ran Acronis Rescue Madia and Recovered the OS SSD from the backup. I also ran the reports function and saved to USB drive - but don't know how to read it.
The same error occurs after "successfull" recovery! Whats up, Doc? treeoflife3@comcast.net
