Refund?

Thread needs solution

I have been struggling with True Image 11 since I bought it. I have the home edition, so no support. Yet, by calling random numbers at Acronis, I finally managed to have someone investigate my case... without any result. Their last recommendation was to install build-6597, which failed... Uninstalling the whole stuff has been a real pain (had to download an uninstaller from Acronis website, then the PC would not boot anymore, etc).

That's enough for me, a backup software ought to be _stable_ instead of _frightening_, so I'm done with it and will look into other solutions.

In the meantime, I'd like to get a refund. Has anybody been able to achieve this?
